Elliott produced this and other songs recorded for the sessions for Happy Ending, his girlfriend Jennifer Chiba’s band in which she played bass. The sessions were reportedly chaotic and after Elliott’s death, they were ultimately scrapped. This Primal Scream cover was determined to have been recorded based on a comment made by the website of the UK label that had initially been tapped to release the band’s debut single, Organ Records.
