This is song is described in the 2013 psychobiography about Elliott entitled Torment Saint: The Life of Elliott Smith as an instrumental song written by Elliott on the keyboard. The song also consists of guitar as well. The initial recording only features Elliott and Steve Pickering. The second recording features Steve Pickering, Kevin Denbow and Mark Merritt was recorded in the initial day of the session when Kim was not present to record vocals due to illness. This later recording was played slightly faster than the original version with just Elliott and Pickering.
